3. Non Resident Keralite who is working outside Kerala and
4. Non Resident Keralite Returnee who was working outside Kerala.
Dependants of the above category will be eligible for registration in this portal, only if, he/she is working /worked abroad or working/worked outside Kerala. Else registration will be rejected.
